Noted tea sommelier Vikram Mittal performed an interesting talk and interactive tea tasting sessions about various types of tea grown in the region and the value of Tea Tourism. A number of other celebrity chefs and senior personalities in the culinary and hospitality fields including Chef Rajeev Goyal- President India Food Tourism Org., Chef Gautam Chaudhry, Chef Sanjay Agrawal, Amit Lohani-Founder Director FIFI & Patron Member of India Food Tourism Org.
